Changing your plan, updating payment, and canceling
Everything related to billing — upgrades, downgrades, payment methods, invoices, refunds, and canceling without losing data.
Upgrading
Billing → Change Plan → pick a higher tier. Card is prorated for the current cycle. New limits take effect immediately.
Downgrading
Billing → Change Plan → pick a lower tier. If current usage doesn't fit, you'll be asked to archive extras. Takes effect at the end of the cycle.
Canceling
Cancel from the same page. Your paid plan stays active until end of cycle, then drops to Seedling. Data stays intact for 12 months.
