Agreement to terms
By accessing or using FarmFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FarmFlow only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the software
Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into FarmFlow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your farm data, task lists, or operational information.
Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
FarmFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
