Generating and exporting reports for partners, lenders, and tax time
Every report FarmFlow builds, what it shows, and how to export it to a format your accountant will accept.
Built-in reports
- Completion by Field — percentage of tasks completed per field.
- Worker Leaderboard — tasks completed per worker.
- Weekly Output Trend — tasks completed per day.
- Hours by Worker / Field — labor hours aggregated.
Exporting CSV
- Open Reports, pick a date range, click Export CSV.
- File downloads — open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
For tax time
Export Hours by Worker and Hours by Field for the full calendar year. Send both CSVs to your accountant — that gives them labor-cost data broken down by field.
