Adding workers, setting roles, and managing seasonal crew
Build your worker roster the right way — with guidance for seasonal hires, permissions, contact info, and archiving workers.
Roles explained
- Owner — full access including billing.
- Field Lead — can create and assign tasks, manage workers, no billing.
- Crew — can only view and update their own tasks.
- Harvest — same as Crew but hours tracked separately in reports.
Adding a worker
- Click Workers, then + Add Worker.
- Enter name, phone, role.
- Set status: Active, Seasonal, or On Leave.
- Send invite.
Seasonal workflow
- Pre-season: add seasonal workers (inactive, don't count against plan).
- Season start: click Activate All Seasonal.
- Season end: click End Season. Everyone flips back to inactive.
