Inviting your team and getting them logged in
End-to-end guide to onboarding a crew — text invites, email invites, bulk import, and common login problems.
Three ways to invite
- Text invite (fastest).
- Email invite.
- Copy link — send through your existing channel.
Bulk invite
On the Workers page, click Import CSV. Download the template, fill in names/phones/roles, upload. FarmFlow creates profiles and sends invites in one batch.
If they don't get the text
- Check the phone number.
- Try Copy Link instead.
- Resend — invites expire after 72 hours.
